All items for sale are individual unique pieces and come directly to you gift boxed through the mail normally within 7 days if the item is shown here and within 28 days if the item is commissioned. All items are despatched after full payment has been received. Hats and fascinators are despatched in the relevant sized hat or fascinator boxes wrapped in plain paper so that you can store them safely at home once you have received them. Please contact me if you wish to purchase
an item or commission. Payments can be made by cheque or postal order

Returns – I hope you are pleased with your unique individual item, however should you for any reason not be happy with your purchase, then please contact me upon receipt of your goods. Items may be returned with a return note number within seven days but must be received in good condition and not worn or damaged. A refund less postage & packing will be issued subject to the item being received in good condition, not worn or damaged (inc the box for hats/fascinators). The cost of postage to return an item will be paid by the person returning the item and it is strongly suggested to use a secure delivery with signature (eg. we use Royal Mail special delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. |
